1. The service

ProTilbud.no is a web tool for tradespeople that helps you create quotes with structured pricing, terms, AI-assisted prose, customer publication, inquiries, projects, and file-based export. You are always responsible for content sent to customers. The service does not include SMS alerts, a priority-support guarantee, or a payment gateway.

2. Account, organization, and access

• • You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential.
• • Multiple users may share data in one organization under roles and permissions.
• • You are responsible for activity on your account.
• • We may suspend accounts for abuse or breach of these terms.

3. Trial and subscription

New users may receive a limited trial with no card required. After the trial, an active subscription is required to generate new quotes unless otherwise agreed. There is no automatic card charge in the MVP phase.

4. AI-generated content and structured data

AI suggestions are draft prose — not legal or professional advice. Structured price, VAT, validity, scope, and terms are your data and are not owned by the AI. You must verify everything before sending.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss arising from AI-generated text you send without your own review.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes should be resolved amicably where possible.
